Corrections
Baker Docs operates secure transitional parole facilities designed to support offenders as they reenter society following incarceration. These locked facilities provide structured housing where residents receive essential services, including daily meals, on-site laundry, substance abuse testing, individual and group counseling, and employment readiness training. Each location is staffed to ensure compliance with parole conditions while promoting rehabilitation through life skills development, behavioral support, and coordinated case management. Baker Docs’ goal is to offer a stable, accountable environment that helps parolees succeed in their transition back into the community.

Offender Management
Baker Docs provides comprehensive offender management services focused on education, court compliance, and individualized support. This includes coordinating training and educational programs, managing logistics such as parolee uniforms, and ensuring that all parole facilities meet or exceed national standards for safety, rehabilitation, and accountability.

Parole Services
Baker Docs delivers structured parole services that prioritize public safety, accountability, and successful reintegration. Core functions include GPS and electronic monitoring, in-person check-ins, and coordination with supervising officers to ensure full compliance with court-ordered conditions. The program also supports parolees through case management, referrals to counseling and treatment, and routine reporting to correctional authorities, helping individuals stay on track while under supervision.

Baker Docs partners with various state Departments of Corrections to deliver contracted support services that enhance operational efficiency and offender outcomes. By integrating directly into state correctional systems, Baker Docs assumes responsibility for key functions such as parole supervision, transitional housing management, offender documentation, and compliance monitoring.
